• Project-based. Team was small and lean, and speed was a priority for the project.
• Designed the flow, along with a design system to support it for future documentation.
Puffer Labs Dec 2024 - Sep 2025 https://www.puffer.fi/ Web3 Product Designer • Revamped the design system along with the design process – improving the quality of each product design iterations and feedback cycle.
• Led the design team in cross-functional collaborations and stakeholder feedback cycles.
• Designed Puffer Institutional, a restaking platform for the larger-scale operations. This included the website and the main product.
• Redesigned the Puffer App – identifying key areas for UX improvements and improving its synergy with a design system.
• Designed Puffer Launchpad - an internal dashboard for token holders to further boost protocol engagement.
Birthday Research (R&D arm of Bake) 2022 - 2024; https://birthday.dev/ Web3 Product Designer • Pioneer designer of Birthday Research, covering a lot of different hats as an early-stage designer.
• Helped establish the design culture and process for the company, prioritizing design systems and efficient developer and PM collaboration.
• Designed products including Light Wallet, Quantum, Ordzaar, and MarbleFi.
• Conducted qualitative interviews for problem framing to aid MVP iterations of the products (particularly for Light Wallet).
• Helped in scaling the team through hiring and other design initiatives for culture.
Ordzaar 2023 https://ordzaar.com/ Web3 Product Designer • Part of the pioneering team that helped establish the product-market fit. Responsible for the MVP launch and its early feedback cycles with the community, ensuring viability and product value, even from the start.
• Key contributor in scaling the design team, processes, and its design system, which was used as legacy artifacts even beyond my stay at Ordzaar.
• Built design system for product and its intended ecosystem, which included Ordinals Explorer, and a native wallet for holding Ordinals (Bitcoin NFTs)
• Key member in supporting Ordzaar’s events – particularly named Ordsummit, which became a top conference about Bitcoin ordinals. Helped design the website, and other marketing collaterals.
Bake (Previously named Cake DeFi) 2021 - 2022; 2024; Present https://bake.io/ Web3 Product Designer • Led the revamping and audit of the design system being used by the team.
• One of the early designers of the team, providing the MVP designs for a lot of the early iteration of the product as the team prioritized GTM speed.
• Key contributor in the refinement of the design process – facilitating design workshops which helped break down functional silos and foster cross-functional collaboration and improve company culture.

• Conducted design workshops and qualitative interviews to help understand different types of personas, including HR Employers, Loan Officers, Repayment Officers, and Relationship Managers.
• Conducted task audits for both Loan Officers and Financial Operations officers, which helped identify frictions and redundancies on both high-level, and task-level. This enabled the company to improve the process holistically, with a defined outcome of improving borrower applications
• Collaborated with Product Managers, Data and Engineers in building an internal tool that aims to empower our Loan Officers. This improved the company's speed in processing and validating loans and provided an increased capacity for incoming clients.
• Close collaboration with C-Levels, PMs, Department Heads, and different levels of officers.
• Designed interfaces for Loan Officers, FinOps officers, HR Employers, and a dashboard for borrowers.
